• Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction must demonstrate college-level proficiency in English through one of the following for admission:
• The student must have completed a two-year (60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits) undergraduate- or graduate-level, English-based education in an institution: i. accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, or ii. in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada (except Quebec), New Zealand, Ireland, or any other country where English is the official language. iii. In all cases, English must have been both the language of instruction and the language of the curriculum used.
• The student must have obtained a minimum score of 500 on the Paper-Based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), or 61 on the Internet-Based Test (iBT), or 6.0 on the International English Language Test (IELTS).
